Dear Kamakura Team! I'd be happy to provide you with some feedback about our safari, and you are welcome to pass this onto any of your future clients.
We were all very happy with our safari with Kamakura and would happily recommend Kamakura to anyone looking at going on safari in the future.
I have lived in Arusha, Tanzania for a total of 11 years and have been on many safaris. Some of these have been in our own personal vehicles, but a number have also been through safari companies. Our 3 day safari with you has definitely been the best safari that I've been on with a safari company. Here's why:
1) Your vehicle was well maintained and in good condition. We had no mechanical issues or other vehicle problems. This has not always been the case with other companies I've dealt with.
2) Our driver, Jackson, was excellent. He was very friendly and within the 3 national parks that we went through, he knew the roads well and was good at spotting animals. He also had good knowledge on both the animal and bird life. Most importantly to me, he drove safely. I have been on trips (or have organised trips for other friends and visitors) with some companies, and at times found the driving to be dangerous, especially on the open roads outside the parks. This includes driving too fast and overtaking other vehicles where visibility was poor, such as on corners or hills. However, with Jackson, all of us felt totally comfortable and would highly recommend him.
3) I found your prices to be reasonable and competitive.
So, thank you for an excellent trip; for your prompt replies to my various emails, and for ensuring the safari was well organized. I look forward to recommending you to other visitors and guests of ours.

We were very pleased with the service - all of it. We did enjoy very much this experience.You have to understand that prices like what you had offered to us are too high to many people in Israel who would like to climb the Kilimanjaro but can't afford it. They go normally to Nepal/ Peru. Bear in mind the Jewish people are travelers and you can do good business if you provide reasonable prices.

Dear Rose & Ritha,Yes, finally we are back home safely after 34 hours flying. The trip fantastic, like it was planned. The guide and driver, Felipe & Charls very ...very friendly and efficient. It was marvelous the Kilimanjaro, Arusha, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, unforgettable Hadzabe tribu, Ngorongoro....a chase of lions in Serengeti. As a whole, better in Tanzania than in Kenya.
The only thing we didn't like was to be completely alone in Lake Manyara View Lodge.

Hello Rose.How are you all?.
We arrived home tired but satisfied with our holiday in Tanzania.
Our safari was amazing and we really enjoyed the experience. The treatment we received from you has been exceptional and we are very happy with the services and care.
